Job description:

Assist with basic carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, and simple installations under supervision. Support site preparation, material staging, and job site organization. Learn safe operation of hand tools and common power tools. Help install windows, doors, flooring, and interior finishes. Participate in daily briefings, safety meetings, and progress updates. Maintain clean and orderly work areas. Observe and support subcontractors across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Follow OSHA-aligned safety practices and Corner Rock’s job site standards. Work is primarily outdoors on active residential construction sites with exposure to weather, noise, and typical construction conditions. The role is physically active and includes standing, bending, lifting, and climbing.
