Job description:
This is a Remote/Virtual position. Responsibilities and Duties:• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document all Ardent Business Development Life Cycle (BDLC) processes.• Work closely with the Technology, Research, and Innovation Labs’ technical team and Deputy Chief Growth Officer to provide comprehensive process and responsibility mapping to toolsets for standardization and process improvements.• Analyze existing BDLC processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.• Working with the Growth Team, identify and integrate updates to the Ardent Salesforce platform to align with BDLC process improvements and changes. • Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.• Utilize analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and iterate as necessary.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roles and responsibilities for individuals involved in growth activities within the organization.• Employ tools such as RACI matrices and emerging AI toolsets to establish clear accountability and ownership within the BDLC processes.• Stay updated on emerging AI toolsets and technologies relevant to process improvement and optimization.• Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of integrating AI toolsets into BDLC processes.• Assist in the implementation and adoption of AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.• Monitor BDLC processes and performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for further optimization.• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement initiatives.• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and fostering innovation within the BD Operations domain.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.• Proven experience in business process analysis, improvement, and documentation.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into actionable insights.• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive process improvements.• Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their application in business process optimization is desirable.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines.• Familiarity with tools and methodologies for process mapping and pipeline management, such as RACI matrices and Salesforce, preferred.
