Job description:
What you'll do: Contract Oversight / Compliance, Scheduler, RFI, Submittal, Change Order Manager, Quality Control, Budget Manager. What you bring to the team: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field. A leader with proven record of building and maintaining client relationships. 3+ years progressively increasing experience as Project Manager in Commercial Construction. Experience with computers and technical applications (project management, reporting, Scheduling, takeoff). A self starter.
