Job Title: SkillBridge Opportunity as an Energetic Device AssemblerKey Responsibilities: Construct and troubleshoot ordnance and pyrotechnic assemblies. Demonstrate exceptional craftmanship while working with digital scales, measuring devices, and microscopes for precise amounts and sizes. Meticulously follow work instructions, procedures, and drawings while adhering to government and aerospace industry standards. Work comfortably handling small components in large manufacturing lots over several days. Exhibit effective English verbal and written communication skills. Commit to accuracy and following the assembly process, particularly when working with large manufacturing lots. Embrace a safety-first mentality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a secure working environment. Demonstrate adaptability and quick learning skills by performing other work-related duties, as assigned.Qualification Requirements: Able to transition seamlessly into a multi-tasking, fast-paced civilian environment, leveraging military experience. Possess fine motor skills for working with very small devices, microscopes, and tools. Display the discipline necessary to complete assembly paperwork with precision, recognizing individual accountability for procedural steps. Collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels of the company. Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
