Job description:
SkillBridge participants will train alongside senior project managers, superintendents, and skilled trades professionals in active jobsite environments.Training includes:• Construction project lifecycle management• Blueprint and specification interpretation• Project scheduling and coordination• Subcontractor oversight and trade sequencing• Budget tracking and cost control fundamentals• Estimating and take-offs• OSHA safety compliance and jobsite safety practices• Client communication and reporting• Quality control inspections• Permit and inspection processes• Material procurement and logistics coordination• Field leadership and workforce managementParticipants will rotate through field and office operations to gain comprehensive exposure to construction management practices.

• Must be eligible for SkillBridge participation through Command approval• Strong leadership and communication skills• Ability to work in active construction environments• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)• Valid driver’s license• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
