SkillBridge Program Manager InternLocation: BTAS, Beavercreek, OH (On-site)Duration: Up to 180 daysOverview:SkillBridge invites service members to join our Program Manager SkillBridge Internship. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced program managers to lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple departments. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with both organizational and client objectives, gaining valuable experience in corporate project and program management.Key Responsibilities:• Assist experienced program managers in coordinating projects across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution tasks, helping to ensure projects stay on track with timelines and scope.• Help monitor project performance and track progress using appropriate tools, contributing to regular updates for stakeholders and leadership.• Assist in identifying and reporting risks, issues, and opportunities, supporting the implementation of solutions as guided by senior team members.• Facilitate communication between teams and departments, helping to ensure transparency and alignment on project objectives and timelines.• Participate in efforts to improve processes by assisting with identifying inefficiencies and supporting best practices in project and program management.Qualifications:• Eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a keen interest in project or program management.• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on collaboration and results.

As a Program Manager Intern, you will work closely with experienced program managers, assisting in the coordination and management of complex projects across multiple departments.
