Key Responsibilities: Assist experienced technicians with preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. Support installation and repair of heating and cooling systems. Participate in mentorship and on-the-job training sessions. Learning Outcomes: Hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems. Understanding of heating, cooling, and ventilation principles.
