Learning the Multiple Listing Service, how to prospect for new clients, how to perform home buying and home selling consultations, how to approximate the value of a home using market data and trends, basic knowledge & fundamentals of the industry and how to use that knowledge to gain advantage with other realtors and clients. Learn about the Residential Purchase Agreement and how to understand what is in the Agreement to use to yours and your clients advantage. Learn best business practices and tips and tricks to negotiating in clients' best interests.
Job description:
How to navigate the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and California Association of Realtor (CAR) forms. Train each intern how to complete a Residential Purchase Agreement and Listing Agreement for the buying and selling of Real Estate, respectively. Implementation of the Code of Ethics established by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
This internship is provided upon completion of an interview process and approval of hire by the office manager and/or broker.
