Job description:
How to navigate the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and California Association of Realtor (CAR) forms. Train each intern how to complete a Residential Purchase Agreement and Listing Agreement for the buying and selling of Real Estate, respectively. Implementation of the Code of Ethics established by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
This internship is provided upon completion of an interview process and approval of hire by the office manager and/or broker.
