DOD SkillBridge participants will first dive into a thorough electrical and mechanical systems training and testing program where their backgrounds will be reinforced with industry safety protocols, OSHA-10, NFPA-70E, and Red Cross certifications, our IT systems, data center electrical and mechanical systems, and our processes. Then you will head to the field for on the job training in quality and commissioning for multiple weeks before being tested on your ability to perform independently. Once cleared by our industry-leading trainers, you'll be considered an authority in the field and will inspect and commission mission critical systems in the data center environment.
