Participants assist with maintaining the organization’s website, supporting digital marketing and social media platforms, organizing digital media assets, and applying responsible data protection practices related to certification records and client information.Throughout the program, participants gain practical experience working with website content management systems, social media platforms, digital communication tools, and workflow documentation processes.
