BlueWater SkillBridge Program: As a BlueWater SkillBridge Intern, you will have the opportunity to utilize skills honed in Active Duty service that promotes continuous learning in a technologically and operationally advanced environment, including exposure to several programs supporting Intelligence, Operations, Logistics, Information Technology, and Program Management requirements that could lead to full-time employment after completion of the program. We will also provide training and exposure to our corporate operations and functions, where interns will have the opportunity to learn basic business functions such as recruiting and hiring processes, cost management, business decisions and capture planning, networking and information gathering, while learning the various types of government acquisition strategies and contract vehicles common to this industry, and what working in a civilian corporation is like on a day to day basis.

Interns will get experience and potentially have opportunities to secure full-time positions in various jobs related to Mission Services, Enterprise IT, Logistics, Intelligence, C2 Systems, Program Management, Business Finance, Business Development and Operations.
