Resourcing & Requirements Technical Analyst -- provides program and project management and analytic support for the Department of War’s Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program. Analyzes defense industrial base initiatives, assesses the technical and financial feasibility of project proposals, and tracks execution schedules. Drafts executive-level briefings, conducts data-driven research on supply chain vulnerabilities, and coordinates stakeholder engagements between government and commercial partners.
