Job description:
DOD Skillbridge Intern.1. Assist in technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.2. When ready, respond to and resolve user inquiries, incidents, and service requests in a courteous and efficient manner.3. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.4. Perform software installations, updates, and upgrades.5. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.6. Learn compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards.7. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
