Reece USA / Fortiline Waterworks is offering a hands-on DoD SkillBridge program for transitioning service members interested in starting a civilian career in waterworks infrastructure, HDPE pipe fusion, or mechanical equipment repair. This program prepares candidates for employment as Field Service Representatives or HDPE Mechanics.
Trainees will receive full-time, in-person training in fusion pipe joining (butt fusion, electrofusion), jobsite operations, and mechanical diagnostics using industry-leading HDPE fusion equipment. Participants shadow experienced field staff and perform hands-on work in shop and jobsite environments. No certifications are issued during the program, but completion prepares candidates for immediate employment opportunities with Reece USA / Fortiline.
