Job description:
Interns will support business technology initiatives and operational improvement projects across multiple departments. Responsibilities include:- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.- Assist with implementation and optimization of business software and cloud-based systems.- Build spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Excel.- Research and evaluate AI tools, automation software, and emerging technologies applicable to business operations.- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and process documentation.- Participate in project planning, status meetings, and leadership briefings.- Support data management, inventory reporting, and operational analytics.- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and technology asset organization.- Collaborate remotely with leadership to recommend technology-driven business improvements.- Complete a capstone project demonstrating measurable improvements to business efficiency.Upon completion, interns will possess practical experience in business systems, project coordination, technology implementation, data analysis, and process improvement applicable across numerous civilian industries.
