We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician who will be a part of every aspect of the product’s development.As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the development and launch of core product features. We value people, integrity, ideas, and performance.Key responsibilities include:• Develop and document assembly procedures• Cleanroom assembly of optical systems• Precision bonding of optical and mechanical components• Interpreting engineering drawings and working under engineering direction• Cable routing and electro-mechanical assembly• Inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical failures• Provide feedback for producibility/serviceability
The participant will focus on the precision assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems used in various industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, and defense. This role exists to ensure that complex assemblies meet the highest quality and performance standards, playing a critical part in producing reliable products. The Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician adds value by applying both mechanical and electrical knowledge to integrate components accurately, supporting efficient production workflows and minimizing costly errors. This role is unique because it requires a blend of technical skills from both electrical and mechanical disciplines, as well as the ability to troubleshoot problems that span both fields. Participants will gain hands-on experience and in-demand skills that lay the foundation for a successful career in manufacturing while working in our brand-new facility in Stevensville, Montana.
