FFSC teaches students how to manage or assist in the management of the delivery of the FFSC Employment and Transition Assistance, Life Skills Education and all FFSC programs. Students also learn how to manage multiple programs simultaneously by organizing, prioritizing, and completing assignment 90% of time within established deadlines.
Job description:
Provide effective, on target and required Work and Family Life (WFL) programs/services to hos and tenant command and their families at Common Output Level (COL)2. Demonstrate outstanding customer service to internal customers (FFSC staff) through team work and support,and to external customers through direct service, outreach, community partnership, and marketing efforts that support the military community and its members.
