The Property Restoration Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential and commercial restoration projects from initial loss through final completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Below are some duties and key responsibilities you will learn and be responsible for.• Plan and Execute Project Plans• Develop and Manage Customer & Stakeholder Relationships• Drive Financial Performance & Project Profitability• Lead Teams & Drive Accountability• Manage Project Documentation & Reporting• Plan, Procure & Manage Project Resources• Communicate Project Status & Performance• Secure Client Payments: Follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment for services rendered.• Attend Company Meetings: Participate in meetings to align project progress with company goals.• Perform additional duties as required.
