If it is a fit, then we bring you on for up to six months while you get exposed tothe civilian life, learn the job, and show us what you are made of. At the end of the program, the hiring manager can offer you the job as a STIHL employee. Or you can walk away with experience and work somewhere else. The program is there for yourtransition and opportunity. The first step is presenting a resume to the hiring manager that you can do the job. We have had great success with it and now employ quite a few SkillBridge alumni from all military branches.
