The Lydig SkillBridge Program will be a 480-hour to 960-hour internship, a total of 12 to 24 weeks. The intern will be periodically assessed on his/her knowledge of the curriculum for the designated training received. Members of the company providing training include CEO, Regional Presidents, Vice Presidents, Senior Project Managers, Chief Estimator, Project Managers, Accounting, Administration, and Human Resources. There are two tracks in this internship, the Project Management track, and the Superintendent track. Both tracks lead to an initial position of Project Engineer.
