Job description:
Technical Operations Leader – The Maintenance Leader is responsible building and developing a team to oversee all Facility and Equipment Maintenance for their assigned Region. Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, identifying equipment needs and reliability issues. Roll out and maintain procedures to develop a preventive and predictive maintenance program. A Maintenance Leader Should be an expert in the core skillsets (Electrical, Plumbing, Hydraulics, Mechanical, Welding & Fabrication)
