The Tucson Roller Derby Sports Administrative Intern supports the day-to-day administrative, operational, financial, merchandising, and event-management needs of a Roller Derby League. This role is designed as a six-month development position, providing hands-on experience across league operations while progressively building the knowledge, systems, and leadership skills needed to independently manage key league functions.The successful candidate will work closely with league leadership, board members, skaters, volunteers, and committee members. Over the course of the position, they will learn the structure and culture of the league, develop and maintain administrative systems, support financial and fundraising activities, manage inventory and merchandising operations, assist with bout planning and execution, and complete a final project focused on creating or improving a sustainable league system or process.
