ATS's objective is to offer a top tier training program to assist separating service members with entering an exciting career in Industrial Maintenance. By the completion of this program the service member will be well versed in Mechatronics Technology and other skill sets and competencies needed as a proficient maintenance technician. Should they continue with ATS or move on to another organization in the manufacturing industry, the service member will have the appropriate skill set to receive gainful employment, at a minimum, as a Maintenance Technician I. We value our nation's Armed Forces and have gained value from the aptitude of prior service members that we have readily welcomed into our organization. Tasks include; Online training courses, Mentor/Mentee and On-The-Job Training, Hands-on classroom training, and Mentor/Instructor reviews with Q&A. Our training program utilizes the 70-20-10 training approach. That is 70% OJT, 20% Mentor/Mentee, and 10% curriculum based training. This approach ensures that all curriculum knowledge obtained is reinforced and retained by field instruction and practical application.
