If you're the type of person who wants to shape the future of deep technology on Earth (and beyond!), build and grow startups around breakthrough tech, and operate highly complex programs - then we should talk. FedTech's mission is to unlock the benefits of technology through entrepreneurially minded people. In particular, we focus on helping startups developing dual-use technologies that have applications in the DOD and the private sector. We do so by innovaing how to solve problems - whether that is building and operating custom startup accelerator programming, hosting creativity-focused workshops, developing a startups technology pipeline, or providing entrepreneurs the training they need to commercialize a new invention. We work with diverse deep-tech startups, many of which support the mission of the Department of Defense, and the warfighter, across technology verticals such as biotech, pharmaceuticals, AI/ML, distributed sensors, quantum computing, and more. In the FedTech Innovation Training SkillBridge program, transitioning service members will receive individualized training and firsthand experience. The theme of the program is "Learning to Innovate" and we adjust the educational components based on your interest and desired career paths. We are innovators and will work with every participant to provide a meaningful transition experience - there is no "cookie cutter one-size fits all" program. Typical day training and experiences may include guiding startups, conducting market analysis, presenting to partners, generating educational modules, thinking creatively, recruiting mentors, managing projects, and even conducting technology due diligence. Our goal is to set you up for success (hopefully here at FedTech long-term!) by providing tangible, relevant, and inspiring training. We encourage any interested parties to contact us to find out more about our program.
