Job description:
Upon completion of the Engage Your Destiny Internship, apply for the MILITARY ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE position. The Military Engagement Associate is responsible for supporting the operational, administrative, and engagement functions of Engage Your Destiny’s on-base ministry. This role ensures accurate scheduling, consistent communication, data tracking, and ministry coverage while supporting discipleship, prayer, and community-building efforts. The position requires strong organizational skills, relational maturity, spiritual discernment, and the ability to operate within established ministry boundaries and policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational and administrative skills. Comfort using digital tools such as Asana, Slack, calendars, and messaging platforms. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated spiritual maturity and commitment to prayer. Ability to maintain healthy ministry and professional boundaries. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in ministry, nonprofit, or military-adjacent environments. Familiarity with base ministry operations and RSO requirements. Experience coordinating events or community programs. Experience working with CRM or text communication platforms. Core Competencies: Operational excellence, Attention to detail, Relational engagement, Clear communication, Time management and reliability, Boundary awareness and Professionalism. PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to attend on-site ministry events and meetings. Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer and mobile device for extended periods. Occasional lifting of materials for events (as applicable)
