Job description:

The Agiliti SkillBridge Medical Equipment Technician (MET) Training Plan is designed to prepare service members for a career in medical equipment maintenance and repair. Over 12–24 weeks, interns train alongside highly experienced senior technicians and instructors, gaining practical experience inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of biomedical equipment such as hospital beds, infusion pumps, patient monitors, and vital signs devices. The program combines computer based training and hands-on training with progressive competency verification, real work order documentation, and ongoing one-on-one coaching. Training takes place in district offices and healthcare facilities, equipping interns with job-ready technical skills, safety knowledge, and professional experience to support long-term success at Agiliti.

Agiliti has created a SkillBridge program for transitioning Service members to meet our specific workforce needs. We have successfully matched those needs to the skills and abilities of highly motivated Service members. The Medical Equipment Technician works under the guidance of a qualified Biomedical Equipment Technician or supervisor.
