Job description:
Oversee contractors, maintenance technicians, housekeeping, and groundskeeping. Negotiate cost spending with vendors. Coordinate of needed maintenance in order to meet safety standards, obtain quotes, communicate expectations to appropriate persons. Being 'on call' for emergencies and to attend to issues/complaints from guests. Manage bookings by accepting payments. Monitor emails and manager the phones. Manage marketing program. Process accounts payable/receivable and handle all financials through QuickBooks. Report business items to owner.
Must have reliable transportation as there are 4 locations we work out of.

Office oriented and be able to handle scheduling, customer service and present yourself in a professional manner. Must have high ability to multitask. Must know how to operate a computer, emails, and learn quickly on new programs.
