Our Lockheed Martin Heroes SkillBridge opportunities are very flexible and focus on exposing the SkillBridge participant with skills needed to transition to a corporate environment. Each SkillBridge participant is given a training plan that is adjusted to timeline and level of experience. Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMCO) has Conflict of Interest (COI) process that includes obtaining "RecusalLetters," also referred to as a "Letter of Disqualification", and opinion letters. LMCO applicants will be have a COI review by LMCO legal council if a COI potentially exists prior to employment.
