Job description:
Week 0-3: Orientation and familiarization of the clients and the mission of EarthFIT Week 3-6: Become more comfortable with the pace and cadence of howEF operates for the clients. Understand how supplements and nutrition play into the success of the client. Week 6-10: Hands on processes using oursystems to track and encourage clients on their fitness journey. Understanding basic physiology Week 10-12: Be proficient in leading a full class. Have funand enjoy seeing your clients succeed. Support them during challenges.Beyond week 12: Continue to support the other trainers and clients during classes and assist where needed. Lead online or in- person sessions, focusing on form and function while striving to help clients reach new goals and personal bests.
This opportunity has the potential to become a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.
