Job description:
The trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions that prepare participants to become skilled trainers. The role involves utilizing various teaching strategies and facilitating learning in a way that fosters a conducive and engaging environment. The trainer will be tasked with guiding participants through the preparation, delivery, and evaluation stages, ensuring they gain the necessary skills to become effective trainers.The course developer is responsible for designing and structuring comprehensive educational programs and course materials. The role involves advanced planning and evaluation, as well as refining course structure to ensure the curriculum is engaging, informative, and aligned with program objectives. The course developer will work with subject matter experts to synthesize information and produce high-quality content.
Must be able to travel to remote locations as needed.
