We are seeking highly motivated individuals interested in a career in Business Development and Professional Recruiting. While roles with our firm are remote/work-from-home, it is important to note that this is NOT a part time role or a “side job”. Our account managers and professional recruiters work 45+ hour weeks and although there is flexibility in schedule, there are time constraints as we have obligations to our clients and team. Recruiting can be akin to sales. Potential candidates who join our team must possess strong resiliency as rejection is part of this business. Additionally, compensation is commission based. Recruiters can earn six figures, but we are a results-oriented business.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university. Candidates must have the ability to work from a home office environment. Candidates must be critical thinkers/problem solvers and possess very strong written and verbal communication skills.
