SkillBridge participants can train in the dive industry and perform job skills at Emerald Coast Scuba learning the dive tourism industry. SkillBridge Participants have the opportunity to use GI Bill or self pay to gain or increase professional scuba proficiency and credentials.
Job description:
Learn, train, and teach to Emerald Coast Scuba Career Development Center and PADI standards for Career Rescue, Career Divemaster, or Career Instructor tracks. Assist shop professionals in all aspects of the dive tourism industry.
Costs are dependent on training received, can be $0 or up to $18,000. GI Bill can cover most of these costs but each student in a career track must pay approximate$500 - $600 in fees in addition to the GI Bill per track
