Job description:
The Business Broker Trainee will receive guided instruction and experiential learning in core aspects of business brokerage and strategic advisory services. Under the supervision of experienced professionals, the trainee will learn and assist with: • Fundamentals of business valuation and financial analysis • Market and industry research to support deal sourcing activities • Preparation of marketing and informational materials for business transactions • Supporting buyer and seller engagement activities • Assisting with financial, operational, and qualitative analysis • Observing and supporting due diligence processes • Gaining exposure to transaction structuring and deal negotiationsThis position is part of a training and professional development program and does not constitute employment. This training program is conducted in a professional business environment under the supervision of experienced advisors. The program is designed to provide hands-on learning and career exposure in business brokerage and strategic advisory services.
