The SDR should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and an ability to showcase MB Attorney Search compellingly. Every potential client is an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth and open career opportunities for our candidates.
Job description:
1. Research to generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new opportunities. 2. Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily – Monday-Thursday (Friday is for research).3. Maintain accurate records of all efforts and conversations that happen throughout the week by logging details into an ATS (applicant tracking system) database. 4. Schedule appointments and consistently communicate with Lead Recruiter on any appointment details. 5. Send appropriate follow-up emails/InMail throughout the week.6. Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as recruitment opportunities7. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. 8. Report to President weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Ideally this is a hybrid work arrangement; however, we are open to remote situations.
