Job description:
Manages incoming customer inquiries and conducts professional phone intake and lead qualificationSchedules appointments and coordinates between clients, sales staff, and project managersCreates and maintains customer profiles, job records, and document storage in AccuLynx CRMReviews, processes, and files signed contracts following company proceduresPrepares and submits permit applications and tracks status with local building departmentsGenerates progress billing and final invoices and manages accounts receivableProcesses insurance claims documentation and assists with account reconciliationCoordinates material deliveries and crew scheduling with Project ManagersManages subcontractor documentation and compliance recordsAssists with payroll preparation and basic bookkeeping tasksIdentifies workflow inefficiencies and implements administrative improvementsEnsures seamless communication between homeowners, sales staff, and the production team
This position will be in our main office. We cover all of southern New Jersey from Cherry Hill to Toms River to Cape May.
