Job description:
PAK is excited to utilize the skills you've learned in the military and train you to become an expert on our machinery. We start you off on the ground floor giving you all the skills you need, and progress through the ranks as you are ready. Whether you end up a converting machine operator, a printing press operator or one of the many other roles here at PAK, you'll gain valuable knowledge that will lead to permanent employment when you transition into the civilian world!

Our growing team is trained to operate state-of-the-art converting and printing machines to produce high quality, customized packaging for a variety of industries. Lancaster being one of the larger towns, with a charming downtown lined with quaint shops, restaurants and bars, a movie theatre, a weekend farmers market, and a lively energy.
