Job description:
As the Cybersecurity and Systems Administrator, you will be the primary, hands-on technical operator and compliance anchor for our corporate networks and federal regulatory standing. This is not an oversight or strategic advisory role; it is a direct execution role. You will take daily, direct ownership of implementing, configuring, and maintaining the security practices required by the NIST SP 800-171 framework and CMMC Level 2. While you will have access to external technical vendor support, you are the single point of failure and success for our internal controls. You will actively manage our Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant, configure access management policies, resolve or monitor day-to-day IT support tickets, and personally build the system configurations necessary to pass rigorous defense audits.
