The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for clerical work as assigned in support of the office and administrative departments. Duties include general office tasks, such as organizing and delivering documents, filing reports, updating records and communicating with staff and customers as assigned.
Job description:
• Assist with documentation control • Support activities related to archiving and filing/scanning transactions and documents• Customer service and correspondence assistance• Track progress of certain administrative projects and initiatives • Assist with staff meetings and sorting & distributing of internal and external correspondence as assigned• Maintain renewals, subscriptions, memberships, licenses, filings, etc. and help maintain calendar with deadlines• System data entry and maintenance• Provide ad hoc system reports and system support as needed• Assist with new employee on-boarding • Data trending and documentation support• All other duties as assigned

• 5+ years clerical administrative experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
