Job description:
Source and build candidate pipelines using our ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and outreach tools. Screen and qualify candidates through phone and video interviews, documenting evaluations in our ATS. Align with clients or hiring managers by gathering requirements and refining search strategies. Manage candidate flow by submitting applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining engagement. Oversee the hiring process by tracking progress across multiple roles. Close candidates by presenting offers, negotiating terms, and securing acceptances. Track activity and performance by logging interactions and monitoring metrics through ATS reports and dashboards. Continuously source and network by building relationships and generating referrals through LinkedIn, industry groups, and professional networks. Review resumes and make outbound calls from various sources. Obtain referrals from candidates and follow up. Maintain rapport with candidates after hire to provide effective customer service and place candidates for subsequent assignments.
Position is with STS Technical Services, a Top 100 Staffing Firm specializing in aerospace, defense, industrial, and manufacturing industries. Role is based in Brookfield, WI. Must reside within a one-hour commute of the office and work on-site at least one day per week. High potential for full-time hire upon successful program completion.
