Project ReportingDevelop and maintain standardized project status reports (schedule, risks, issues, financials)Track and communicate project performance against key KPIsSupport risk, issue, and dependency management processesCollaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely reportingDashboard DevelopmentAssist in building and enhancing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ExcelTranslate project data into clear, actionable visual insightsEnsure data integrity through validation and reconciliation processesContinuously improve dashboard usability and executive-level reportingBusiness Development & Strategic SupportSupport business case development, including ROI and benefits trackingAssist with project intake, prioritization, and portfolio analysisContribute to executive presentations and strategic reportingConduct research and benchmarking to inform decision-making

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, or related field. Equivalent military education or PME considered Experience supporting operations, planning, reporting, or execution in a military or command-driven environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft excel, Power Point, and visualization tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)
