The Site Lead for motorcycle training is a critical part of our organization that supports our company in providing motorcycle and driving safety courses. The Site Lead is ultimately responsible for the successful operation of their site, the infrastructure and equipment, and all the assigned personnel. Their position both instructs and is administrative and managerial in nature as well. All site leads work remotely and are positioned around the country to provide the necessary coverage supporting our 57 locations. We conduct approximately 48 classes per year at this location.This role is an entry level management role which is essential in the smooth operations of motorcycle training, critical for our growth and evolving workforce.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinating class schedules with local instructors in support of current contract requirements. These duties include:• Timely submission of site class schedules to the AMT class scheduler• Work with Program Manager on maintaining a site budget to meet the current site operational fiscal target.• Approval of all site related expenses, invoices, and other financial requirements.• Ensuring certifications of assigned personnel are current and adequate for classes being conducted.• Maintain professional site certifications and agreements and ensure they are accurate and current.• Maintaining adequate manpower to meet contract objectives.• Initiating hiring packets for new personnel to meet contact objectives.• Maintaining good order within their site by ensuring all company, client, and other guidance is up-to-date, available, and followed.• Initiating disciplinary measures when warranted• Conduct weekly motorcycle inspections on fleet of training motorcycles.o Complete all contract required reports for motorcycle mileage and condition.• Conduct weekly motorcycle safety training classes.• Ensure motorcycle safety training range is in good operational order.• Obtain Motorcycle Safety Foundation Quality Assurance Specialist Certification (QAS)
