Depending on the skillset that the candidate possesses, we support training for both Project Engineers and Project Managers. Training will include the processes required to complete the lifecycle of a construction project in the federal market. For the project engineer, this includes training on Statement of Work breakdown, RFIs, Estimation, Project schedules, and Proposal preparation & submission. For the Project Manager, training will also include Budgeting, Contracts, Change orders and billing practices.
