Candidates will learn the tenants of the manufacturing process. They will learn the basic skills required to be able to work in a given trade, opportunities are in structural fitting and pipe fitting.

During the process, candidates will receive training in the skills required to be a successful structural or pipe fitter with Stellar Energy. Candidates will learn skills such as hand and power tool operations, techniques in fitting and welding, and soft skills to include communications and integrity.Candidates will become part of a team of fitters and assist in the daily routines in the selected community. They will assist in performing fitting evolutions, set up for evolutions, clean up from evolutions and become capable of performing some of these evolutions on their own.

Able to pass a background check and drug test.
