A critical function of this role is monitoring the status of project related tasks and escalating to Executive Leadership when project deadlines are at risk. 80% of our interior rehab projects must be completed within 30 days or liquidated damages are assessed per day.
Job description:
The PMI is responsible for developing responses to Request For Quotes (RFQs) during Project Initiation; creating invoices during Project Close Out; monitoring status of project tasks; escalating issues; and compiling a weekly project status report for Executive Leadership. The PMI will participate in various aspects of projects, including idea creation, cost benefit analysis, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and summarizing progress. Specific duties may include:• Preparing packages of materials• Securing and setting up equipment• Compiling documentation and spreadsheets • Handling expense reports and invoices• Assisting in developing project plans• Coordinating meetings• Collecting and collating data for tracking performance and efficiency
Majority of time will be spent at the PGC Warehouse.
