The ideal BIM Coordinator would act as a technical resource for the team, facilitating project BIM setup, utilizing technology and automation tools to work efficiently and effectively on multiple projects concurrently.Core Competencies:· Coordinate multiple projects and ensure follow-up to assure completion· Participate in the weekly team and/or divisional meeting for project updates· Coordinate the application of BIM technologies at the project level per the BIM Strategy for the division· Understand project workflow related to each design phase and deliverable· Responsible for maintaining a priority log for various project setups and work with Team and Division leaders to evaluate critical needs· Provide overall BIM production support for project teams; including project model setup, development of parametric families and parametric content, and deliverable setup· Provide flexible and nimble solutions that help project teams maintain design deliverable schedulesQualifications:· Minimum of 1+years’ experience with Autodesk Revit Software (Architectural, Structural and MEP) required· Proficiency with editing software (Microsoft Word, Excel) and visualization software (Photoshop etc.) preferred· Experience in AEC or building trades field preferred· Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment· Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely and positive manner· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both orally and in writing· Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined· Excellent organization and documentation skills· Ability to work independently, and to manage multiple tasks and projects under constant deadlines· Certificate or associate’s degree in Drafting, Designi
