Job description:
The Service Dog Program Trainer is responsible for assisting with Basic Obedience Training aligned with our Service Dog curriculum. Canine training is designed to provide support to Veterans by establishing a reliable relationship between Veterans and their canine companion.Our goal is to empower Veterans and Service Members who are adjusting to civilian life after the military to develop a life action plan that optimizes their health and wellness by enabling them to reach their full potential. We do this through our Devens Service Dog Programs along with all of our other programs committed to Veterans and their families.
Headlamp provides service members with internships (Headlamp SkillBridge Fellowships) at high-growth tech and dual-use businesses, and at boutique consulting, venture capital, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies. We engineer custom “last-mile” training programs to speed your integration into your employer’s operations. Some Fellowships are remote, some are hybrid, some are in-person.
