Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute offers 34 specialty-trained physicians and physician assistants at 5 locations. JOI is dedicated to delivering comprehensive care for the muscles, bones and joints that includes over 450 team members. Front Office interns will work in capacity of Front Desk, Financial Counseling, Insurance Verification, Referrals, Workers' Compensation. Medical Assistant Interns will work directly with the clinical staff in all aspects of the day to day. Radiology Technician interns will work with staff in completing X-rays and proper documentation of patients. All Interns will gain knowledge in the current flow of a high paced medical office while gaining understanding in the current electronic medical records software.
