Job description:
The Director of Programs at CRASH (Crestview Robotics and STEM Hub) serves as a key member of the operational leadership team, responsible for the successful execution of educational and community initiatives. This role reports directly to the CEO and supports the COO in the day-to-day operations of STEM programs, robotics competitions, certifications, and outreach. The Director will oversee program scheduling, instructor coordination, curriculum alignment, and student engagement efforts, ensuring that CRASH’s vision of equitable, high-impact STEM education is consistently delivered across all platforms.
