Job description:
Participants in this SkillBridge program will be trained in the fundamentals of recruiting and talent acquisition, supporting the placement of candidates into technical field service roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various platforms, conducting initial screenings, managing candidate pipelines, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, and assisting with interview coordination while receiving ongoing training and mentorship. Participants will become proficient in understanding the various military occupations and specialties.
This position is open to transitioning military members. Strongly preferred some prior experience in recruiting and/or technical military occupations. https://www.military4hire.com/
