Serve as a member of the Crosspoint podcast team, conducting original interviews that explore what it means to follow Christ in uniform—through command, career transitions, family pressure, and everything military life asks of you. The intern will source guests, develop interview content, conduct interviews, and deliver recorded conversations that reflect OCF's mission and voice.
Job description:
Source, schedule, and conduct six to eight recorded interviews over the course of the internship, using personal networks and experience to identify guests relevant to the Christian military officer community.Work within OCF's editorial framework to develop interview content; deliver clean recordings with supporting pre-interview notes to enable efficient post-production.Contribute to the broader guest and topic pipeline beyond own episodes—submitting guest and topic ideas monthly to the Director of Communications.Participate in periodic check-ins with the Director of Communications to review progress, pipeline development, and episode quality.Other related duties may be assigned by the Director of Communications.
This is a fully remote position. The intern will conduct and record interviews using Riverside.fm and is expected to have a basic home recording setup (external microphone strongly preferred). This is a full-time, unpaid internship. Work hours are 40 hours per week. No travel is anticipated. No cost to intern.
